Delivery standard for domestic mail

• EswatiniPost has set a target to deliver 90% of domestic mail within 3 working days if mail was posted before cut-off time.

Delivery standard for international priority mail

• 85% of international priority mail is expected to be delivered by the fifth working day counting from the day of posting provided it is posted before cut-off time

What are delivery standards

Delivery standard: Expected day or time frame for delivery of a postal item counting from the day of posting.

Letter J stands for Day, For Example if the target is to deliver the mail by J+2, it means that the item will be delivered in 3 days, counting from the day of posting if the items was posted before the last posting time (cut-off time) indicated on the letter box.

NB: Delivery standards do not apply to redirected or returned items and incorrectly addressed items.
